As a couples therapist, I often refer partners to do individual therapy with Lana as they work on their relationship with me. All the clients I have referred to her were all very happy with her work and I always could see the personal impact it created for them. Lana is a gifted therapist.
It was a lot of talking, with really no tools suggested to help with my trauma, depression and anxiety, empty promises made to help me address my trauma and that we would work through it together never came to light. At 175 dollars an hour her services were disappointing.
An incredible person with a gift for helping and teaching people. Would 100% recommend her to anyone struggling with depression and anxiety. Thank you Lana ☺️
