Macfarlane provided accurate coupling details to ensure a perfect fit to my Honda Vtwin 20 with a tapered shaft. I have tested the alternator and it works perfectly. Thank you Macfarlane.

I had been using Macfarlane Generators for the last 3 years where I have observed and experienced that the company puts the customers at the centre of everything they do Especially this year where our security guard failed to inform me that the Generators did not arrive on site in a timely manner I then contacted the Branch Manager/Operations Manager after hours where within 2 hours 3x Generators and all equipment arrived on time, and there was no delay to our programme Excellent Customer Service
