Wow, super friendly, super quick and very efficient. Can't rate this crew high enough, especially Val' who helped me every step of the way. Thank you very much
Excellent customer service went out of their way to get my generator to me in time thanks guys
★★★★★ Excellent experience with this generator shop. Val was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about generators. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable information that helped me choose the right option. They even allowed me to come in and test the generator before buying, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning in a few months to purchase my generator. Highly recommend speaking with Val if you need honest advice and great service.
I recently purchased a 3 phase alternator from Macfarlane to replace a faulty Gentec. The Sincro 10KVA is a top quality product at a very good price. Macfarlane provided accurate coupling details to ensure a perfect fit to my Honda Vtwin 20 with a tapered shaft. I have tested the alternator and it works perfectly. Thank you Macfarlane.
