Our Furnace broke down on the weekend. Thomas did a through job of isolating the problem, instituted a temporary fix until the correct part could arrive. He promptly returned at the exact time he said he would (Monday at 9am) with the correct part, and checked everything to make sure was in order. Good and prompt service, what else could you ask for.
