Both of my boys are patients of Dr McFarlane. He is absolutely wonderful with kids and my little guys look forward to their appts with him! He is hands down the very best pediatrician. He never makes parents feel rushed and listens to every concern. We always leave our appts happy and well cared for.
Denied my daughter healthcare service bc her older sister has a bill (that should’ve been covered by insurance) insurance said they will cover bill but need more time. Dr office could simply get a pre-authorization on the billing case (which would clear the bill until the insurance funds hit) to get my daughter seen but apparently that’s too much work for her office staff to complete. So now my daughter with RSV has to remain ill unless seen elsewhere bc of a technical issue that the Dr office is too lazy to clear with a lit... read more
Hands down the best pediatrician. He genuinely cares about his patients and my whole family goes to him. He really takes the time with your child and has so much knowledge.
I have been taking my children to Millcreek Pediatrics for years. Dr MacFarlane pays attention to detail, builds a good rapport with his patients and has great suggestions when it comes to their care. He makes it enjoyable for the children and speaks directly to them. It has pretty much been the same staff since we started going there. The nurses, medical assistants and administrators are great.
