Robyn has been the best wood destroying pest inspector I have used. The cost for inspections is reasonable and the repair and clearance is affordable. I appreciate the quick response and ethical treatment approach to her business. I got tired of big name companies inflated cost and "false" findings. When I saw a big name inspector employee putting his probe in a knot whole and calling it dry rot -- I was done! Nothing replaces experience and Robyn and Jesus have experience and have treated my clients with respect.
The service was horrible Robyn Bartholomew lacks customer service skills she is very rude and yells at customers. She also claims to be a licensed pest inspector, owner and manager of the company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they have poor business ethics.
