I am thoroughly grateful, John is my mechanic. I trust him completely with everything with my vehicle. He recently went above and beyond to locate an issue with the starter for the vehicle. By going beyond he personally came to where the vehicle was stranded and took it to his place of business. Due to the age of my vehicle parts had been discontinued. Terrible mechanics complete waste of your time. Told me my headlights needed to be replaced because they weren’t a trd pro when it is a compete stock 2017 trd pro. even looked it up for him and showed him. he said “google is ai all fake”. Completely rude as well terrible customer service. Update: he wants me to remove this review even though it is 100% accurate statement to what happened and then threatens me, unbelievable.
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever met a mechanic—or even a person in customer service—who has gone this far to help someone. The first thing that impressed me was seeing that John was open until 11:00 PM on a Saturday. That’s almost unheard of for an auto repair shop these days. John was amazing! We were traveling from Logan to Provo and our serpentine belt snapped. They had the best reviews around and for good reason. The service was fast, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend!
