hi,ive lived here not quit a year. management has changed twice. we have no maitnance person. i had to buy rental insurance because upstairs neighbor flooded my place. my bathroom wiring smell of fire from it. never looked at it or even cared to. maitance refused to come. had to call 911 . fire dept came. wasnt happy. neighbors are all nosey and talk bout each other and everyone. i had to put in security cameras . the neighbors with dogs let them crap all over the lawn and dont clean it. right next to sitting area with picni... read more
Change of manager more than 3 times in the last year. No maintanace man, managers comes and go. This year we had 4 none of the had any idea what to do. And our aptarments are in poor conditions
