Everything! They come on time, are respectful, show exactly the problem. After using several roofers, all of whom did substandard work, I checked and found MacDowell. I needed my roof repaired and found EW MacDowell Roofing on Angie's List. I called and was professionally greeted as I explained by roofing needs. I was then contacted by Evans M. who set up an appointment with me for an estimate. He arrived on time and met with my wife because I was at work.
