As a wheelchair user since 2007, I’ve come across a number of businesses but not many as good as MacDonalds. The inventory is fantastic, reasonable prices and exceptional customer service done by real humans. I will be a customer for a long time. You should try them.

Upon calling the office a very helpful receptionist took my query and said that what I was after, they were out of stock on. The call ended. Not 5min passed and she called back and said an error was made and they had one, just one, left. From then on all tings went extremely smoothly, paperwork, direct debit and delivery (next morning) were handled professionally and quickly. She is to be commended. I found the staff at Macdonald's Home Health Care (especially Steve) very informative and helpful. They guided us to the appropriate equipment we needed, and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Their delivery was quite efficient (although the window of time for when to expect them was 4 hours, and it was not convenient to wait at the facility for that long).
