Tony was very helpful and thorough. He made sure to explain the issue that I was having with my wheelchair, and went above and beyond to try and resolve it.
The ordering process was quick and friction-free and the delivery and set up were quick and painless. Both the salesperson and the delivery person were friendly and professional. At some point we may need another hospital bed. I will definitely rely on Macdonald’s Home Health Care again.
