Precy De Armas was our realtor. She helped us sell our family home, and we are very happy with her services. She was always available and guided us with helpful advice. It took only just over a month for our house to sell, above the expected sale prices in the neighborhood. We greatly appreciate Precy’s efforts negotiating on our behalf.
I will never recommend Macdonald Realty to anyone especially with the experiences we encounter. Some stuff got lost during open house . When counter offer as buyer they give you all the excuses that seller is firmed with prices etc and found out it was not true.
