We purchased a new build home in February 2025 where Kam Pawar, a realtor at Macdonald Realty, was the selling realtor, and we are still dealing with issues from this purchase now in mid-2026. The experience has been extremely disappointing, especially as first-time buyers. The home was advertised on the MLS as having a two-car garage, but after closing we discovered there is an unpermitted/illegal door and staircase in the garage.
