Poor Communication and Lack of Response Unfortunately, my experience with MACDONALD COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES LTD. has been disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I’ve had no response from the realtor. It’s been frustrating not being able to get in touch, and the lack of communication has made the entire process difficult. I expected more professionalism from a company of this caliber. I hope they improve their responsiveness for future clients.
I have been seeking assistance from their managing broker, Tim Russell, since April just to get a fact on my closing day. But the managing broker not only forcefully hung up on my calls and added my phone number to the blacklist but also instructed the agents not to communicate with us. Furthermore, I shared the Real Estate Services Rules with him and requested that he follow them, but he has consistently ignored my emails.
