Not a competent inspector. Found structural issue in house Andrew Macdonald inspected. Issue was so obvious it could've been seen from space. Andrew Macdonald gave me any excuse he could. Andrew Macdonald is a sub human being. Andrew Macdonald is Not worth anyone's time or money.
We used MacDonald Property Inspections for our home inspection when purchasing a new home in 2017. They were amazing! The inspector did a great job on the reports and even took the time to show me all the functions of the home and how they work and what to look for when something may be wrong. Do not use this company. Follow public records beginning September/October 2013 and follow the legal action that will proceed. A family with severe respiratory issues and homeless caused in part by this companies inability to do its job. A lot of fluff and paper in the inspection, looks good on paper but the value stops there.
