Fantastic customer service! They make you feel comfortable and set amazing expectations.
We have had a wonderful experience so far! My 11 year old just got his braces last month and everything has gone smoothly. The consultation (before making the decision about braces) was very informative, and they had a wall of fun little prizes they let my kids fill a bag with- so gaining brownie points with the kids right off the bat! :) They discussed the pros and cons of Invisalign vs braces with us and made sure we knew all of our options.
