I Purchased a 2018 F150 for 36K, the vehicle I purchased was not the vehicle I received.. According to pictures taken during the test drive and after delivery shortly after pick up, I examined the vehicle and found that although it appeared to be the same vehicle, there were many modifications which did not exist during test drive. I filed a 12 page report with pictures with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office.. Go here!!! This is where you want to buy a car! We did! Most honest, straightforward, down to earth, friendly, accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. We not only left there with a truck that was meant to be ours, but we felt like we left there with new friends. Chip and Mary made us feel like part of their very unique dealership family. Enough is enough I kept
I bought a truck here in January of 2025. From start to now they have been a huge dumpster fire. They sold me a car that needed repairs the day I took it and didn't tell me. Scheduling services is a nightmare. No one here wants to take responsibility for the heap they sold me. They got paid, they're good. Do yourself a favor, AVOID this place at all cost. Anywhere is better then here.
Shawn, Luke and Chip, in the sales department, were a big help this week. Matt in the finance department was very helpful also. A great local family dealer to do business with.
