I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I stopped in one day with my family just wanting to test drive a few Explorers and get a better idea of what I liked. Chip came right out to help us, and from the very beginning he was so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and even gave us a route to take for the test drives so we could really get a feel for each one. Dave and Morgan are great people to deal with the owner Mary should stay out back We were sitting down buying a car when she walks buy and says “if you don’t buy it I have someone who will” Wait What?? Not a very good experience! They only get the three Stars because of a excellent salesman doing everything I asked for in videos and pictures of the truck I was committed to buying with a thousand dollars non refundable deposit only to get it refunded back to me a few hours later after knowing we agreed I would be there the next day. So at the end of the day the manager Mike took the truck and made the decision to sell it to somebody in front of him and screwing me out the truck! On a family camping trip when my truck wouldn’t turn over and start. Had to tow it to the garage. Great service department and owner Mary were awesome. If I lived closer I would have them do all my service work. Thanks
We are camping in the area with our in-laws and their truck starter died. The dealership was great! By the next morning they had diagnosed the problem and expect finish the repair by the evening. Our camping trip was saved!
