Horrible customer service horrible communication super disrespectful. The service department here absolutely sucks.If they break it they should fix it. Not just roll the car into the parking lot. Zero communication. Shawn and Shane are terrible and need to find new job.
Brought my 2021 f250 to this place for recall notice, wile ther I asked if they could look at my passenger door lock, 2 1/2 hrs later I got a $180 bill for diagnostics and was old it would be a nother $600 + for repairs i said it's under warranty, and was informed that they no longer honor that warranty company, i said ford sold me the warranty! They said we don't realy care that $180 was and I quote " cheap for a two-year-old hrs diagnostic. So in her end it would be almost $800 to replace a switch in the door ...never agai... read more
I had some warrantee work done on my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport, and the diagnosis and repair was done quickly and without issue. Everyone listened to my description of the fault, went in and diagnosed the issue (failing, non-communicating GOAT mode switch), ordered the part and installed it very quickly when it came in. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.
I love my new Ram 1500! Best vehicle i have ever purchased. The team here is the best. Caydence made my whole experience there so enjoyable. My leg is broken and she took me out on test drives and was so easy going and pleasant. I definitely recommend Macdonald Motors in Conway. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership and I trust they will always exceed my expectations.
