Refused to EVEN LOOK at our car that left us stranded, despite it being a dealer for the brand car we have. They were open and had service staff present, it being noon on a weekday. They provided us no information, never even walked the three feet to the door to look at the car.
The team was great to work with. I was greeted by some very nice people who all were ready to help me out.
It was a great experience buying my truck. Dorian was very informative and helpful. Great team and staff. If someone is looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Macdonald motors. Thank you.
