Not sure what happened with this company but they have lost my business. My simple liability auto insurance has steadily risen for the last couple years. I called to look at my policy. No call back. Call again. Nothing. Weeks go by…. Email after email sent. NOTHING. Today I call again, placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Hang up, call back, forwarded to voicemail. Their voicemail box is full. This agency fraudulently opened an insurance policy for my mother who is NOT a client of theirs. I strongly suggest not doing business with this company. We intend to file an official complaint against them.
