I had a great experience with the apartment manager, Shawna during my visit. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly show me the apartment suite. The tour was clear and informative, and she answered all my questions with patience and detail. The application process was surprisingly easy as well. Shawna explained everything step-by-step, making it simple and stress-free. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service and highly appreciate how smooth the process was!
This building is so beautifully maintained, the staff is just wonderful. Shawna in the office literally went above and beyond in every way to get me moved in for January, she is so kind and truly cares about her tenants. She works really hard and in my entire time enquiring about this apartment she was honest and transparent in every way. I have lived in the 9939 Jasper Ave building for 2 and a half years now and it is wonderful! Shawna is super kind and all of the realstar team in the building are responsive and quick. Great building to live in and close to everythinf downtown.
