Asked them to quote on a job. They asked for measurements and location, which we took and provided. After a week of not hearing back, I followed up. They had no clue what the work was and said that a "supervisor" needed to review the file and we'd hear from them by the end of the week. Again, never heard back. It's been two months now. What a great experience! What a service ! What a product! What a workmanship! It all started with our visit to MacDonald show room in Kitchener and ended with follow up after installation of the Awning we chose. MacDonald installed a motorized awning over our patio in 2019 and it has worked flawlessly since then. Even though they no longer manufacture our unit, they were able to dig up 2 replacement plastic bolt covers that had cracked over time. Easy fix to an excellent product. We highly recommend their products and after-sales service.
