Exceptional workmanship and service from McDonald's initial estimate to installation and through to after sale services and support. The entire team was very helpful and informative about all awning details. Thank you for your help.
I had an issue with my awning, and instead of using aggressive sales tactics, Laci genuinely took the time to help me troubleshoot and fix the problem first. There aren’t many businesses left that prioritize building real client relationships over making a quick sale. It’s refreshing to see that some still do. Really glad I found a business that values its customers this way!
Our awning, now 30 years old, works just fine. It cools the deck and kitchen, for pleasant summer sitting. I went in for a new battery and the service was excellent.
New awning for upper deck and screens (powered) below. Wood-like soffit, post and beam cladding, and electrical work all provided as a turn-key installation. Wind rain and sun protection provided by both. Added protection from insects and increased privacy provided by the screens. Extremely satisfied with the result!
We had a new retractable awning installed today. The installation was perfect and the product quality is the absolute best. We are so very grateful to MacDonald Awning for their excellence and we highly recommend them.
