From the first call to the final invoice the Macdonald team was amazing and professional. The installers arrived as scheduled, communicated the installation plan, answered my questions and executed the installation perfectly. Highly recommend contacting them for any of your exterior needs. They will be our first call for any future projects. Thank you for the positive experience in our backyard update.
Asked them to quote on a job. They asked for measurements and location, which we took and provided. After a week of not hearing back, I followed up. They had no clue what the work was and said that a "supervisor" needed to review the file and we'd hear from them by the end of the week. Again, never heard back. It's been two months now. After insisting that a site visit would occur only after the initial measurements (supplied by us) were reviewed ... crickets. Are you open for business or not?
