We recently had our existing awning reskinned and an additional awning installed. The whole process from the beginning, when we first met with both Rob and Shawn, to the completion of the project when the awnings were installed went very smoothly. The installation crew was both careful and efficient being mindful of the deck and the gardens surrounding the area. Eveand left
Dropped in with no appointment to service my awning valance. 10 minutes later it was done, no charge. Met Rob, the Owner, Natasha who had Emailed with me, and Daryl, who fixed my issue. This was my first very minor issue ever with my product which was installed in 2014. Love my MacDonald awning!

I just want to say how impressed I am with the folks at Macdonald Awnings after they came to my house, free of charge, to remedy a situation with an awning that had been improperly installed by the previous owners of the company. I hadn't noticed the problem when the awning was first installed, but when I contacted the company many years afterwards, the new owners were more than happy to fix the situation that wasn't their mistake.
