History Established in 2006. MacDoc Realty was founded in 2006 by Mark Doherty and Jeremy McCommons. What started as a vehicle to list and sell their investment properties quickly grew into a strong brokerage. MacDoc was established in one of the most severe downturns in the history of the real estate market. Yet, with strong principles and hard work, MacDoc was able to not only overcome the adversity that shut the doors of many brokerages, but also grew exponentially.
