I want to share how pleased I was with your technician, Ovar. He greeted me on time (a few minutes early actually, but that is a good thing) and with a smile and a handshake. We went inside and I gave him the rundown on the job - remove 13 old bulbs and install new ones that we provided for our church track lights using a 32' scissor lift.
