I’ve been to this facility for three conditions. Each time after I leave, the exercises are A GOD SENT. Their staff is great, and knowledgeable. I see Lindsay SHES AMAZING ❤️ Totally worth the trip if you’re coming from my location (Greene county)
I saw Joe Jr. 5 years ago for a back problem. He showed me how to stretch and manage the pain so know when my back bothers me, I can fix the issue. My recent visit dealt with knee pain. I saw in the monthly newsletter that they could help with knee pain. I went in, and in 2 months I have learned how to stretch and prepare my knee for the workout of the day. Knowledgeable and warm staff. Lindsay helped me recover from elbow tendinitis, which was extremely painful. From my first session with Lindsay I noticed significant improvement. After about a month of physical therapy, I recovered fully. Thank you for your care and dedication :)
