So - I'm not an actual customer but my stepmother and father are older and needed help with an apple password / adding new iPad issue weeks ago. I know it's a process with apple - that's another story. My stepmother stopped in to hopefully finalize everything and she came home in tears. These guys are the bomb. Add a malfunctioning battery that needed to be replaced immediately and these guys took care of it in no time. Even though I live outside of Shreveport I will take my Apple products here to be service anytime. Thanks for the great service!
Pleased with the service right from the front desk to the technician. Unit is up and running without spending unwarranted money on software update - I appreciated their opinion.
