In reading the reviews about MacBlowouts, I often see the words knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest, and I couldn’t agree more. My wife and I stopped by to have an I-phone glass screen replaced. We had been told that the cost would be around $200, but their technician discovered that only a cracked protective layer of glass needed to be replaced, which would only cost $40. We would never have known the difference, and their honesty was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be visiting them in the future.
Purchased a replacement LCD for my M1 Macbook Air (Product ID: A2337-SG-N $217.99). I went with them rather than Amazon because the cheap screens on Amazon (mind you, not that much cheaper; only like $40) are Chinese knockoffs while they claimed these are the same OEM parts that Apple uses. Installed fine, worked fine, then right around the 6 month mark, just like those Chinese knockoffs, the screen died.
