The company said our leak was a result of deficient windows and therefore the insurance company denied our claims. We hired three independent roofers to come for inspections and all three said the leak was caused by ice damming. The insurance company has now approved our claim but not after a huge headache because of this incompetent roofer. The management was also extremely unhelpful and arguing with us on the phone. They acted like they knew what they were doing but ultimately ended up looking like amateurs.
Other roofing companies had totally opinions even though Macbeth’s inspection was significantly more expensive.
Company has no idea what they are doing, brought in a different roofer that laughed their errors.
