My friends and I have a happy hour meal here about once a month. While the food and service have remained great unfortunately they have taken most of the food from the happy hour menu. That's why it's only 4 stars.
They have Taco Tuesday, the 🌮 tacos are $3 each. They are usually pretty good. They also have good happy hour specials. $4 CHEESE CRISP, $2 BEERS, $2 BEAN DIP, $2 STREET TACOS. They have done away with Rita Awards, the senior menu, which was really responsible, now all they have for seniors is 10% off. They don't have the $3 margaritas anymore. They are now $5. We have been coming here for years, but this time they had loud music playing in the bar area, couldn't figure out why it was so loud. Our server was great!
When I first arrived, I thought we were going to have a big problem. The (new employee) hostess told us we had to sit outside because of my service dog. My PTSD went into overdrive. Her manager came out, saw Kefa, and corrected her. We were shown to a nice booth and got comfortable. The manager explained the hostess was new at the job and just knew the normal dog policy.
