If I could give this business a NEGATIVE star rating I would! Spoke to GEORGE FROM Macaulay Sewer service on 06/05/2026. Asked about their availability on a clogged drain issue; He advised me his availability and I let him know I would call him back later in the afternoon on the same day to confirm the appointment/service. (meaning if I would have chosen to use them!) I did not get to call back the same day. George and Alfonso are great to work with, charge a fair price and are responsive. I had a clog in the main sewer. Called one of the big guys and got the run around (while being charged); I was told to avoid using water. George and Alfonso arrived and had the clog cleared within 30 minutes! They told me how to prevent this in the future and the price was fair. They even cleaned the work area.
George and his team were professional, efficient and customer service is top notch ! Greg went above and beyond to help us at a moments notice , with return phone calls and fair pricing . Old school customer service , extremely thankful
