Dr. Freeman is very kind but does not take time to acknowledge her patients or listen to their needs, and neither does her front office staff. They received my results, per the nurse, end of the week and still have not communicated with me about follow up, next steps, or what my results are. It is incredibly frustrating to attempt to work with her staff; their communication is horrible. When I asked her nurse if she expected Dr. Freeman to call by end of the day, she stated "well there is nothing important on this report". P... read more

Doctors are nice, but need a lot of work with answering calls and voicemails. I left messages and never get calls back.
