Can't get their billing correct. I was billed repeatedly after paying off my balance. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional, IF you are able to reach a live person.
Travis was awesome with his excellent bedside manner, professionalism & I was asleep and awake so fast it was like it never happened lol... That means he did a perfect job with anesthesia too! Always happy with Macatawa Anesthesia... a great group to trust!
