I called about my husband, after when we went to the community nurse she advised him to notify my husband’s doctor at this surgery about his condition as it’s a lot more urgent and he will have to have his surgery sooner than later , I called and spoke to one of the nurses & she wouldn’t let me explain what was happening & kept speaking over me. And then said “Well what do you want us to do about it” ??. The doctor he is great but the staff are rude & have no empathy whatsoever. Appalling service.
I well never ever to go to DR Matthew again in my life.
I have had the best experiences with Macarthur urology, Dr Haghighi is absolutely wonderful, never brushed me off not once. I have been a frequent flyer for kidney stones and every time I have had to have surgery from either him or Dr Stanowski they have had impeccable bedside manner, treatment process and aftercare phenomenal. I must say I also had an urgent surgery during my pregnancy in 2023 that if I didn’t proceed would have cost me and my unborn child’s life. On Macarthur Urology, I have seen so many talk about rude customer service and Dr's giving the wrong treatment and diagnosis. I was wondering: 1. Why do rude staff work here. (Do the doctors not know how rude their staff are?) 2. Should the doctors be investigated?
Dr Hagigi. Wrong diagnosis and treatment. His testing also put me in hospital. I went elsewhere and within 2 months was fixed. No surgery needed. I has been 2 years and i never felt better. This business is just after money and using very outdated practices.
