WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RENT HERE! I lived in this apartment for 3 years, and it was the worst living experience I’ve ever had. When I moved in, the unit was in terrible condition: •The cabinets were broken. •Window nets were damaged. •The bathroom was in bad shape. •The AC barely worked, which was unbearable in the heat. •The apartment was infested with roaches and bugs everywhere. So excited to write this review. I just signed my lease and expecting to move in late March. I am working with the leasing agent Jefferson and Natalia. I did a tour and the apartments have everything I needed. I am only giving a four star because I have not moved in yet, will update review after moving in. Thanks MacArthur Park Apartments
My stay here was of mixed experience but during last couple of years, it was good and that's where I wanted to sum it up. The apartment is located in good location. This was my choice when I initially selected it. Like every other apartment, the apartment would have normal issues as these apartments are old like every other apartment in nearby place.
