My Grandma just loves the convenience of an indoor dumpster so she dosent have to go to the sheet-of-ice, unsalted-after-snow-for-8-days path to the dumpster outside. The smell you ask? Don't worry, you have to have the door code to get in so only residents have to~ I mean, can smell it. Looks like the person down the hall is too lazy to even walk 20 feet from their door to the indoor dumpster.

Its a great place to work and the tenants are wonderful people couldn't ask for a better place to work
Great group of people and the manager really cares about the property as if it was her own home.
