0 star to be honest. Worst reception I have ever experienced in my life. Called to find out which paediatrician had less of a wait list so we could organise the refferal with our doctor, but the receptionist was disgustingly rude. She refused to help and seemed to just have it in for me from the start. I've also recently found out she is the office manager, so noone to complain to sadly. Dr Bijen is knowledgeable and takes time to assess, there is no rushing to finish quick and see the next one! The front desk staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have a system in place so you don’t have to wait too long. I’ve been coming here for years now for my kids and I’m very happy. Highly recommended if you need a caring team.
The care received at this clinic is amazing. Communicating via reception has its challenges with emails not being responded to which, at times, can feel frustrating and concerning for families who often have quite unwell children.
Very rude receptionist - don't know how to answer a telephone call and help someone.
Very good service! Even if he is late sometimes the service is always worth the wait! Highly recommend if you have some life-threatening disease and need saving, Dr Bijender is always there for me and my family! Love and blessings to the Gautams.
