Was called a week after my exam and told the NP did not get a good sample and I would have to come back in. (Everyone loves a repeat Pap smear because the provider didn’t do a good job). Then was billed for said sample even though they weren’t able to get results from it. Then insurance won’t pay for it because it was coded wrong in the first place �
I have the best doctor. The staff is always attentive and caring. I have not had an insurance problem that they did not handle. Dr Freeman handles her business. Going for 4D picture of my son tomorrow. Will let y’all know how it goes!!
I just had a procedure done on Friday, and both Yvette and Dr. Forney were great! They made me feel so comfortable and educated about the process.
