Came to the Grapevine office to see about setting up an appointment. Staff members were rude. When I asked for a name she laughed. First impression is a negative in my book.
RecommendedI’m currently a patient of Dr. Joshipura and I have to say that she is indeed one of the most sweetest most caring doctors I have met. She has made every single one of my prenatal visits so comfortable. The staff is always so nice and sweet. I haven’t had a problem with anything. The building is immaculate. So clean and organized. RecommendedDr.T & her staff are so sweet and knowledgeable. They have kept me in the loop since I found out I was pregnant on Monday. From test results to precautions. Anytime I have a question I send it on the portal and they are so quick to respond. Im truly blessed to have an extended family who makes me feel welcomed. Even the ladies at the front who smile and help you as soon as you walk in.
