Extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of follow-through and professionalism. I was repeatedly advised that my fuel filter would be replaced, yet it has now been overdue for more than three services, with the same explanation each time — no stock available. I also requested a gearbox and transmission flush and service, only to be told again that stock was unavailable. This pattern raises serious concerns about planning, communication, and execution. Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I had a great experience with this car service center. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took excellent care of my car. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how they thoroughly acknowledged all my requests and provided genuine, honest suggestions without any pressure. Highly recommend their service!
The absolute best car dealership in NSW…….. If you want to be treated with zero respect and get ripped off. Always a stressful and anxious day when dealing with this mob, from the drop off to the pick up. I feel a sense of dread when my service indicator light comes on in my 2022 CRV.
