I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at MacArthur Honda. I visited them to replace my driver-side door mirror, and before going in, I placed the order over the phone with Leone from the service department. She asked for my VIN number and registration details, which I provided accurately by email. Based on that information, she ordered the part and later asked me to come in for installation. Yesterday was my first time getting my car serviced at Macarthur Honda. It was a standard 2 year service with no repairs being required. The check in was easy. Getting the loan car was easy. I dropped off my car just after 8AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2 PM. One odd thing, I received a call from Maryland Honda for an upsell. Be good if they returned calls. I’ve called twice this morning husbands also tried been told each time someone will call back asap. I’m needing a new battery as mine is under partial warranty and dead. But no one likes to return calls.

I would never deal with these people after watching to condition of new cars being delivered forging signatures to say car was ready amd you are happy with it when it isn't ready and owners where happy with is disgusting. Dirty inside and out. And the fact they dont call back to resolve this stay far away from this dealership

Kevin was outstanding. He was very approachable, there was no pressure, but consistent information and feedback. He was always respectful and approachable and we have now purchased a beautiful new Honda CRV hybrid. We are delighted! Kevin was very knowledgeable with every step of our purchase in every way.
