Yesterday was my first time getting my car serviced at Macarthur Honda. It was a standard 2 year service with no repairs being required. The check in was easy. Getting the loan car was easy. I dropped off my car just after 8AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2 PM. One odd thing, I received a call from Maryland Honda for an upsell. I was confused why I was getting a call from them when I left my car at Macarthur Honda. The lady on the phone also mentioned the incorrect car model initially which added to the confusion. Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I had a great experience with this car service center. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took excellent care of my car. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how they thoroughly acknowledged all my requests and provided genuine, honest suggestions without any pressure. Highly recommend their service!
Extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of follow-through and professionalism. I was repeatedly advised that my fuel filter would be replaced, yet it has now been overdue for more than three services, with the same explanation each time — no stock available. The absolute best car dealership in NSW…….. If you want to be treated with zero respect and get ripped off. Always a stressful and anxious day when dealing with this mob, from the drop off to the pick up. I feel a sense of dread when my service indicator light comes on in my 2022 CRV. They are always quick with a phone call to advise of the extras they want you to do when they have the vehicle, but try and call them to see if it’s ready and you’ll be on the phone forever waiting on hold.
