The absolute best car dealership in NSW…….. If you want to be treated with zero respect and get ripped off. Always a stressful and anxious day when dealing with this mob, from the drop off to the pick up. I feel a sense of dread when my service indicator light comes on in my 2022 CRV. Kevin was outstanding. He was very approachable, there was no pressure, but consistent information and feedback. He was always respectful and approachable and we have now purchased a beautiful new Honda CRV hybrid. We are delighted! Kevin was very knowledgeable with every step of our purchase in every way. While it may have been a head office decision. My experience with Honda was primarily negative. My HRV transmission died at 106k. They attributed it to a missed 40k service which was followed by a 50k service and no mention of potential consequences by Honda. It is the owners responsibility to manage services which makes sense if owners are mechanics. The decision as it was outside warranty was the good will section. I suspect that section is just a shredder as we received no good will
