I have bought my past 4 cars with Macarthur & Peter Warren without any major issues. Joe Lotorto ( Sales Consultant) was just amazing from the time I walked into the car yard. I told Joe my budget, the car brand & features I wanted in a car. I settled with a ZR-V Honda 2024/2025, Joe has shown excellent communicating verbal and written communication. Kevin was outstanding. He was very approachable, there was no pressure, but consistent information and feedback. He was always respectful and approachable and we have now purchased a beautiful new Honda CRV hybrid. We are delighted! Kevin was very knowledgeable with every step of our purchase in every way. While it may have been a head office decision. My experience with Honda was primarily negative. My HRV transmission died at 106k. They attributed it to a missed 40k service which was followed by a 50k service and no mention of potential consequences by Honda. It is the owners responsibility to manage services which makes sense if owners are mechanics. The decision as it was outside warranty was the good will section. I suspect that section is just a shredder as we received no good will
Both my husband's car and my car have been purchased here, and are undergoing maintenance. Thank you for always managing my car brilliantly and meticulously. It includes a 7 year warranty, which makes it more convenient to take care of the car. I'm sure I'll buy the next one here as well!! :)
