Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I had a great experience with this car service center. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took excellent care of my car. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how they thoroughly acknowledged all my requests and provided genuine, honest suggestions without any pressure. Highly recommend their service!
Had 1000 first service yesterday and the process and service was great. Office staff did a fine job in keeping me updated. Car was ready much earlier than first thought.
The absolute best car dealership in NSW…….. If you want to be treated with zero respect and get ripped off. Always a stressful and anxious day when dealing with this mob, from the drop off to the pick up. I feel a sense of dread when my service indicator light comes on in my 2022 CRV. They are always quick with a phone call to advise of the extras they want you to do when they have the vehicle, but try and call them to see if it’s ready and you’ll be on the phone forever waiting on hold.
