Both my husband's car and my car have been purchased here, and are undergoing maintenance. Thank you for always managing my car brilliantly and meticulously. It includes a 7 year warranty, which makes it more convenient to take care of the car. I'm sure I'll buy the next one here as well!! :)
We just visited their showroom to just take a look at the new CRV and ended up buying one :) and we got the car in just less than a week. Very efficient and accommodating employees (special mention to Joe L). And after a few months.... we will be getting a NEW car, again from HONDA. Honda is the Best.. From Honda Jazz 2008... to Honda Civic 2007... to Honda Civic 2016... to Honda CRV 2024... and our new baby Honda Civic 2024 :) Let's go Honda! Thank you Honda Australia and Honda Macarthur!

Absolutely terrible customer service from the lady at the front desk. She just wanted to get rid of us. I asked her if they had courtesy bus/car, she quickly told me no, then mumbled that the bus can drive you to the local mall, but didn't give me a chance to think about it. Abruptly asked for my keys and practically kicked us out! Disappointing that Honda don't do courtesy buses/car. Every other car company does. Honda recalled my car! This is not even a service and now we are put out to have to have to pay for our way home... read more
Kevin was outstanding. He was very approachable, there was no pressure, but consistent information and feedback. He was always respectful and approachable and we have now purchased a beautiful new Honda CRV hybrid. We are delighted! Kevin was very knowledgeable with every step of our purchase in every way.
