Great experience at Macarthur Ford with the service team!
We recently had our Everest serviced here. Since then an engine light has been on. Finally booked in to get it looked at. The coolant cap hadn't been tightened, have been driving around with coolant leaking. Now we have to pay to have coolant added.
This has got to be the worst service centre in existence, each and everytime my car goes in, it comes out with even more issues. The customer service is absolutely appalling, janine has got to be the biggest joke of a receptionist. Her attitude and condescending tone, that is not a person that i would want to be the first contact to my customers. 1st time there, they called me and requested for me to bring my car in as it had a sunroof recall. When it comes to technical ability and customer service this place would have to be the worst in Australia. I was constantly returning with warranty issues which ford narellan couldn’t resolve. The ford team who reluctantly had to attempt to fix the car failed several times and on one occasion also made a matter worse (water leak was made worse).
