When it comes to technical ability and customer service this place would have to be the worst in Australia. I was constantly returning with warranty issues which ford narellan couldn’t resolve. The ford team who reluctantly had to attempt to fix the car failed several times and on one occasion also made a matter worse (water leak was made worse). From the moment we walk through the doors at Macarthur ford Narellan all the staff we dealt with were Amazing, Syd went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed the whole way through and Chris was a pleasure to deal with also for finance. We had a very positive experience on pickup day with Syd who was very informative during handover, even the guys from the parts department were very helpful fitting our 3 piece cargo mat for us.
