Only ever been an inpatient once. There is not a bad word I could say about Sharna & her team. The nurses were so attentive, caring & “on the ball”. If I forgot my nightly meds, they soon came & reminded me. We did regular progress checks & I could vent, discuss, ask anything I needed, whenever I needed. You didn’t have to attend any internal sessions you didn’t feel were appropropriate or suitable for your situation. But the ones I did attend were very helpful. Ramsay Clinic MacArthur doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review.. I have never experienced such blatant neglect and lack of care from both reception team and Dr Mazloumi. An appointment booked at least 6 months in advance was cancelled the day my client was meant to get an ADHD assessment and meds. Not only that, It was near impossible to reach out to reception to reschedule or to find out if any prior results from a GP had been received. Had an appointment for March 31th for ADHD and was notified today that the Dr I was supposed to see will be away and I have to reschedule. The only available date is June. Needless to say I declined and am looking for another service. I can understand that things happen, but having to wait another 3 months from my initial appointment is a joke that is not funny to me.
Love the way Dr. Rukasha is always understanding and treating her patients well. I highly recommend this clinic
