Every other macarthur i been to dont need appointment and unload me asap. This place is the opposite. Lame. Staff is friendly though.
MacArthur Co. is a top notch wholesale store for industrial needs. My grandfather used to go here back in the 1960's for materials to build custom chiller ststers, my father for insulation for cold water piping jobs and building chillers from 1970's to 2022, and me and my brother around 1996 to this day *2025). This is a tough location but worth it. Staff are on the ball. To top ot off: last time I was here they offered no cost ice cream treats...
By appointment only they wouldn’t take you before you time. 3 hours unloading.
This place is a joke! Forklifts running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They make you wait for your appointment but don't unload you when that time comes. Avoid if possible
