We were extremely disappointed with this experience. Before the appointment, we asked whether our son’s results could be reviewed via telehealth, but were told Dr Nitin Arora needed to see us and our son in person. In the end, the consultation lasted less than 3 minutes because the results were fine, yet we were still charged $350. For such a short appointment, and after being told an in-person visit was necessary, the fee felt excessive and unfair. This clinic has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and efficient and the drs are fantastic. Recommend.
No respect for patient’s time or urgency. Especially for the amount paid. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for a 2 min appt to say “go get this scan done and halter monitor”. The halter monitor costs even more. And I have to come back in 2 weeks to get it fitted?? (Other cardiologist included it in the fee and fitted it during the appt). The halter monitor they use is terrible and painful. I suspected it wasn’t even turned on but they said “it must be working” with no way to check.
