I've been a long time customer with Macaron by Patisse. But I believe that my loyalty was taken for granted after this encounter with the MANAGER. I wanted to place an order for my 22nd birthday and have it shipped to South Carolina by Friday. Initially I called on Tuesday to place the order 2 dozen and I was told that I should order online one day before my event because it was one day shipping. Amazing customer service! A family member of mine is a patient at a local hospital and they delivered her favorite macarons to her hotel! They even let me pick out her favorite flavors! Hands down best service and macarons around. Our favorite place in Houston by far!
All together an amazing experience! Macaroons were delicious, delivery was fast, packaging is beautiful! Also Sukaina does a fantastic job taking care of her customers! UPS messed up the delivery and she helped take care of it all quickly! Will continue to order from them!
