Called to have someone come take a look at my thermostat and furnace and immediately the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Going with another company now.
Worst company if i could id give them negative stars especially because of workers like Bentley Johnson who have zero problems bad mouth elderly on the internet. Honestly just take your needs elsewhere, the place is a joke.
Always rude and condescending. I'd prefer to shop local, but it appears they'd prefer I didn't. Not to mention products are over priced and they charge a fee for an estimate.
Easy purchase and delivery to Decatur within a 24 hr period! Delivery guys were respectful and careful to property and new speed queen washer and dryer set. Gary, our salesman has been attentive and prompt with questions and concerns. So worth the 30 minute trip to Shelbyville from Decatur when looking for a small town service mentality!
