These people are great. We got an approval, the deal fell through. About 6 months later, my place sold and I was ready to go. One phone call to Paul and his team had the approval confirmed at a lower rate. They kept an eye on the market and I got two rate drops between approval and funding.

Paul did a great job explaining all of the different mortgage options and was happy to answer all of the many questions we had. He was always easy to get ahold of when we had a question about our financing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul as your mortgage broker.
