For the purpose of setting my tires I too my car here and the main mechanic took the job and handled it so cutely. And the job was done very quickly and they charged me very simple as that was very reasonable. I am a new fan of this shop as they handled all the job that was for me very perfectly and honestly and with efficient.

Yes, they're cheap. Are they much different from other auto shops in terms of repair? Not really. If you ever watch people in auto shops, you'll know that they play around with the parts until they learn it. They're not car specialists, but they are tire specialists. If you have tire problems, go here. If you need your car repaired, go to any auto shop. Unless of course you care about your car a lot, then you would go to maybe the dealer or people who specialize in your brand of car.

Excellent customer service! A miscommunication over the phone led to a bit of confusion over the quote, but Mac and Wes were very understanding and worked out something for me. Am very glad to know that these guys are out there to REALLY help people out. Mac seemed very genuine about helping me out and understood my troubles, he truly took care of me and my car. I love this place! I'm a girl and know nothing about cars. I look for decent prices, great customer service, and honesty. These guys were really nice/helpful and thorough in their explanation. I was super pleased and thankful that they were able to help. I left 100% satisfied and plan to return again and again.

My experience at Mac's service center was amazing, they are very professional and honest, it's hard to trust shops now a days but the service i received was top notch and the best part is that there prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I have been taking my Cadillac to Mac's Auto since they opened a few years ago. It's difficult to find a great mechanic that you can trust. Not only do I trust them, but their prices are great. Moreover, they are friendly, efficient and their customer service is excellent. I can't say enough great things about Mac's Auto.

They are literally the best. Super courteous & happy. Obviously very knowledgeable. As a first time customer, they patched my tire for free! And it was a quick service! I know I'll be back in the future for anything my car needs. And just so you know, they take ANY vehicle and fix everything -- dents, tires, you name it. Such a great find!

Went in to get a tire fixed walked out with a smile, new friends, a fixed tire and a new automotive repair shop to take my truck -- all within 30 minutes!!

Best service I've ever had ever. In a nutshell, Mac's Auto is cheap, they do quality work, and they get the work done fast. My boyfriend goes to them for literally everything because he trusts them with his car, and the service is so friendly it's hard not to go back. I mean it sucks going to Kragen or Big O Tire or even dealerships because the people there just suck!
