I was injured a few years ago and did not know where to turn for legal advice. My co-worker visited me at the hospital and advised me to call Joseph Macaluso. I called and spoke with him directly, he gave all the legal advice I needed with no pressure to have him represent me. I choose to go with his firm and the results where excellent. His office always kept me up to date on my case and he would return my calls, which is very important to me. The settlement was more than I expected.
Mr. Macaluso was great in representing my case. He explained to me right up front that he would only take my case if I was really injured and had a case. For me he was perfect. The last thing I wanted is one of those "ambulance chasing lawyers". He even gave me his personal cell number so I can reach him with any of my concerns. He settled my case and even got more than I thought. I highly refer him to everyone.
Mr. MacAluso completely forgot about my case and neglected to follow up with me or the insurance company. After 5 months, he responded to my nudge and asked me for the same information I had given him previously, demonstrating a complete lack of knowledge of my case, and then indicated that he would not represent me. Not enough money involved. It took him over 5 months to figure this out.
