I have been going to Macali Eye center since it opened. But recently I would say the customer service you recieve you rec'd from the staff is ridiculous. I will never recommend anyone going there ever. Small businesses in the community should be professional always and try and help their customers. Don't be sarcasitc and demeaning to their customers. Don't make it inconvenience for them. In reality, I don't beleive they care enough to go above and beyond for their cusotmers. At the end of the day, they're in it for the money... read more
Very difficult to get prescription information! Eddy not very helpful, and not understanding! I know there are rules about releasing information (HIPAA), but I feel there should be better options to get them in a more prompt manner. I've been going here for years and have had no previous issues but this set me off.
