Back in mid 2018 we bought a houseful of carpet from Rick at Macadam Floor and Design. Rick is a real talker who has strong opinions and he steered us to Dream Weaver carpet, which I figure is a main line of theirs as he pushed it heavily. I am an estimator in the Decorative concrete business and also have strong opinions on certain product lines, so I listened to him carefully. Bottom line is we went with his suggestions. Worst experience ever A few months ago I Purchased a brand spanking new home out in Gresham. This company is the subcontractors that installed my flooring. During the inspection The inspector felt a few nail pops coming through the carpet. After moving in I continue to find more and more spots throughout the house. After having a different subcontractor come out to inspect the floor we quickly found out that it wasn’t nail pops. When I bought my house in 1996, I said them I wanted to get rid of the carpet and go with hardwood flooring. Finally, in 2012 I did the project and am so glad I did. At the home show, I found Macadam Floor and Design. Their show discount to act in a short time frame was just what I needed to get me into action. A great company I had a great experience working with Zac at Macadam. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding hardwood floor materials and made the selection process very easy. The installer did a fabulous job as well. I highly recommend Macadam Flooring and Design. Their attention to detail and concern that I was completely satisfied causes them to stand out as a great company.

Every customer treated the same. Thank you for the information. The decorative tile we found at Macadam works perfectly. I picked it up and have started to install it. I will re-measure the first room again and plan to place an order very soon. Overall, the customer service you have provided is no less than outstanding.
