Bianca was such an amazing help when I went into the store today. ( Mac terminal 2 ) she was so warm, sweet and patient with every question I had about products. I usually am intimidated in these scenarios with beauty and shopping but she was incredible.
I was here on the 16/12/22. The girl that helped me was super friendly and answered all of my questions. 😀
They never care about customers. I wanted buy something and I’ve waited long time but the staffs care only AUSSIE customer. Only one staff came to me and just said how ru? that’s it. I asked her about the cosmetics and she left after answering. You guys are always ignoring Non-Australian. If you do not want to selling to Non-Australian, just close down. Racists
I hate to be writing bad comments to staffs but THEY WERE EXTREMELY disrespectful to a customer. Been standing there at least 10 minute but yet, no one came around to serve me when there was staff wondering around the store - MAC < RATHER. They prefer serving True Aussies. I dont know if they were intentional but WHAT I CAN SAY IS im offended, and i felt i was getting discriminated.
