Buyer Beware. This company appears to be less than honest. On November 27th I purchased an Atomos Ninja V for $499.99, and I was charged an exorbitant shipping fee of 64.99. Although that was a very high fee for such a small lightweight item, I decided to overlook it because I was anxious to get the monitor. I made a comment on a post that i was unable to receive funding and the reason given was due to items on my credit report. The comment was deleted, I was blocked from commenting and posting and blocked from messaging them. Seems really shady if you ask me. I was even going to return a phone call to Rob about completing my order even if I couldn't get the financing. Not anymore. I don't do business with companies who act like they have something to hide.
I’ve yet to receive a gimble, they do not assist with customers once they receive money. They refer me to delivery company and they refer me to acima as if acima can do anything about a delivery that never made it. My credit is now being affected by their lack of assistance. They do not care about a customer once they receive money, absolutely terrible customer care service.
