Office staff and scheduling went well, but I had 2 fillings done and they still hurt a week later. I called and they said that’s normal, to give it more time. A couple of months later it was still causing a lot of pain (same 2 teeth) so I went in. Dr Campbell checked it out and realized the fillings weren’t done completely, so he redid it. Love the whole thing. Person at reception desk nice. Doctor friendly well trained, does excellent work, make u feel comfortable explained well,and has a great smile and personality. Put at ease that I am in good hands.
They never answer the phone!
I FEAR the dentist and avoided it for years - over the past six months they have taken care of me from deep clean to wisdom tooth extraction the entire staff is highly knowledgeable professional and very kind
I'm sorry to say that I will Miss Dr. Campbell. This review is regards to the horrible service I got from the receptionist. I switched to a dental provider out of network. I requested that the work that was quoted to me be sent over to my new provider for approval. She refused to help because that quote was from April, I agreed and simply asked how much I would be out of pocket for the new consultation. I never got the answer to my simple question.
