We have been totally satisfied with our apartment! !!! I've read so many BAD reviews on this company, and only 2 good ones. That just makes me sad. We moved into the Kinder Place Apartments, March 1st, 2016. Our manager, Miss Vickie, is the sweetest, yet the most commited, msnager, I've ever met. Our apartment is very clean, neat and easy access to everything!!!! We are both handicapped, with walking issues, and we are close to the laundry and office and mailboxes.
